Amberwave is a materials intellectual property company focused on strained silicon technology for the semiconductor industry.  SD Lawson & Associates, LLC was hired by the interim CEO and the Board of Directors to provide product and market strategy consulting.  Work included development of a market strategy for licensing Amberwave intellectual property to silicon manufacturers and device manufacturers, partnership work with semiconductor equipment manufacturers, partnership work with competitors, and mentoring of key management, marketing, and technical employees.  The firm assisted on CEO interviews and the hiring of the VP of Sales.  SD Lawson & Associates is represented on the Amberwave Advisory Committee.
