SD Lawson & Associates, LLC was hired to conduct post acquisition integration for this Assisted Living company following the acquisition of their first skilled nursing facility.  Services included transitioning, recruiting and hiring key management positions, communicating company philosophy and new processes to unionized and management staff, replacing ancillary service providers, creating and integrating improved admission processes, developing and integrating sales monitoring tools, overseeing staffing and clinical program development to enhance service capabilities, drafting benefits and contract language for labor negotiations, and contingency planning in the event of a labor walk-out.
