SD Lawson & Associates, LLC was hired to evaluate the operational efficiency of a newly constructed skilled nursing facility prior to obtaining a certificate of occupancy and regulatory licensure.  J.H. Mack, a construction management company,  was engaged to evaluate work done by another architectural firm and construction management company.  Our firm was engaged by J.H. Mack to identify design flaws, equipment deficiencies and workmanship issues that would impede efficient operations, quality health care delivery, and financial performance.  Our firm then provided contingency plans for reallocation of space, proper equipment specifications, and a comprehensive process for identifying punch-list items.
