Sandra Lawson is co-owner and senior consultant of SD Lawson & Associates.  Ms. Lawson has over 25 years of experience in the health care industry in a wide variety of segments within the provider, government, medical products, and health care finance sectors.  She had extensive strategic and operational experience in multi-facility post-acute health organizations including long-term care facilities, home care agencies, institutional pharmacies, LTACs, outpatient rehabilitation clinics, and contract rehabilitation services.   In addition, she has substantial experience in acquisitions due diligence, start-up operations and executing turn-arounds for troubled facilities.  Working with architects and construction organizations she has utilized her operational expertise in guiding the development of state-of-the-art operationally efficient health care facilities. 

Ms. Lawson received her BS from Boston College and her MBA from Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration.  She is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator.  Ms. Lawson served on JCAHO Professional and Technical Advisory Committee for Long-Term Care.  She has spoken in national forums on a variety of health care topics.
